Bike Hire Terms and Conditions

Proof of Identity

Photo I.D. must be provided on the day of hire (driving licence/ passport) this will be retained for the period of the hire.

Booking and Payment

The full hire fee must be paid upon booking to guarantee you're a bike. The safety deposit of £50 per bike can be made on the day and can be cash, card or check. This will be held against any damage to the bike. The hire fee includes helmet and lock- any loss or damage will incur and additional charge.

Safety and Security

Helmets must be worn at all times and bikes must be locked whenever unattended. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Late Returns

Late returns will incur a charge. All bikes must be returned by 5pm, unless otherwise arranged.

Insurance

Personal insurance cover is not included. We recommend you take out personal insurance cover prior to the hire period.
